I see Dr Betty and cannot fault her services. She is professional with an empathetic nature, making you feel heard with also giving the best advice needed (not just what you want to hear). Waiting area is always clean and reception staff are lovely, even the Pharmacist Michael is nice natured very explanatory with medication details, friendly and prompt service. Overall A1

I cannot speak more highly of Unihealth Playford. From the ladies at their reception, who are client orientated, friendly, helpful and always with a ready smile. And our GP (Dr Asif Ashraf) is a no fuss excellent GP and always there whether it is an urgent matter or simply for a teleconsult. I would give 6 stars if that was possible. World class. Thank you.

1st I want to clarify this review has nothing to do with my Dr changing my face to face appointment to a tele health. This review has everything to do with the staff at your front desk. I arrived today for my face to face expecting that to be told I have a tele health booked. I said I didn’t book a tele health which is why I’m here. Then told we tried reaching you but you didn’t answer. 1st lie no phone call received. Then young receptionist with the fake lashes said that’s not what’s booked. I then showed the booking on my phone. Then she said I’ll see if I can fit you in. I said if it’s not with my dr that’s not going to work. She then said what do you want me to do about it then? I then have I’m assuming the matron/ senior come to argue the point telling me it says Telly health appointment and that I booked the wrong thing. Ladies understand this. You work in the medical field. You are the first people sick patients see. Empathy, understanding and some compassion with a hint of customer service would be nice rather than narcissistic standpoints and rudeness and calling patients liars. If this job isn’t for you. Move on! You’re the face of the company try doing it with grace!

In my life, I went through many clinics and saw many doctors. Since I came to this clinic and met Dr. ‌Osama Moussa he is the best doctor I have met in my life. He is very good and cares about the patient as if he is taking care of himself. He gives you the right treatment, helps, and explains the situation accurately. I am very happy, and thank you to Dr. Moussa, and even for inquiries, they have professional, smiling, respectful employees at the reception.
